Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Jobcreo for using it: your account, free and paid credits, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who you're agreeing with
Jobcreo is run by Laud Zion Cascalla, a Software, Cloud & Automations Engineer based in the United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use Jobcreo.
- Give accurate details when you sign up, keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens in it.
- One account is for one person. Each account has its own private workspace that only you can see; there are no shared workspaces.
- We recommend turning on two-factor sign-in in Settings → Security.
3. Free credits
- New accounts get free credits to try Jobcreo, shown in Settings → Credits with the date they expire.
- Creating extra accounts to get more free credits isn't allowed.
4. Credits, payments and refunds
- How credits work: AI features (such as a job search, a practice interview or tailoring your CV) use credits; each shows its price before you use it, and the full list is on the Pricing page. Everything else, like your board, notes and calendar, is free. Running out of credits never locks your account.
- Credit packs: you buy them when you want, and pay once. Nothing renews and there’s no subscription. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout before you pay, in dirhams in the UAE, pesos in the Philippines and US dollars elsewhere.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, whose terms also apply. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
- How long credits last: credits you buy last the time shown at checkout (12 months unless it says otherwise); free credits last the time shown in Settings → Credits. The credits that expire first are used first. Expired credits can’t be used or refunded.
- If something fails on our side: when an action fails because of a problem on our side (a job site or the AI doesn’t answer, for example), its credits come back to you automatically.
- Refunds: you can ask for a refund of a pack within 14 days of buying it; we refund the payment and take back the credits you haven’t used. Credits already used aren’t refunded, except where the law says otherwise or we charged you by mistake. Tell us if you think a charge is wrong.
- No cash value: credits can’t be paid out, sold or moved to another account.
- Vouchers: a voucher code from us adds free credits, once per account, when you sign up or in Settings → Credits. A code can have an end date or a limited number of uses; once it has ended or been used up, it no longer works. Voucher credits last the time shown in Settings → Credits, have no cash value and aren’t refundable. Codes used against these terms (for example with extra accounts) can be cancelled, with their credits.
- Students: with a school email, verified with a code and checked again each year, credit packs cost less. The discount is shown at checkout.
- Price changes: we may change what packs cost or what an action uses. A change never affects a pack you’ve already bought: its credits stay the same.
5. The beta
While Jobcreo is in beta, features may change, and some may be added or removed. Beta testers get credits from us to use Jobcreo free for as long as the beta lasts; we’ll tell you before it ends.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add, including job posts, notes, contacts and your CV. You let us store and process it only to run Jobcreo for you. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share, or more personal information about other people than you need to track your applications.
7. AI features and job results
- AI features send the text they need, such as a job post or your CV, to the AI provider Jobcreo uses. They're paid for with credits, and the coach's voice is part of a practice interview's price.
- AI can be wrong. Scam checks, match scores, readiness scores, interview prep and coaching are guidance, not professional advice. Always check an employer yourself before sharing personal or financial details or paying anything.
- Read a tailored CV before you send it, and make sure it's true. Jobcreo rewords your experience; you're responsible for what you tell employers.
- Job search results come from other websites. We don't employ, recommend or vouch for any employer, and we aren't a recruiter or employment agency.
8. Acceptable use
- Don't try to access another account's data, or test Jobcreo for security weaknesses without our written permission.
- Don't copy, scrape or automate Jobcreo, or try to take apart its code.
- Don't use Jobcreo to send spam, to break other websites' terms, or to store anything unlawful.
- Don't resell Jobcreo or share an account.
9. Other services
Jobcreo works with services run by others, such as job sites, Google (sign in and Calendar) and Stripe. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for what they do or show.
10. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, and we’ll tell you why where the law allows. You can close your account yourself at any time in Settings → Security: it deletes your account and workspace straight away, along with any credits left (the closing screen tells you how many), and can’t be undone.
11. Availability and our responsibility
We work to keep Jobcreo available and your data safe, but it can be down at times, for planned maintenance or to fix a problem, and it’s provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed job or interview, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If there’s a problem, please contact us first; most things can be sorted out quickly. You can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, if your local law gives you that right.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Jobcreo after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can close your account.
